Entaxy review
An open-source, hybrid iPaaS for visual routes, APIs, and enterprise connectivity.

Entaxy is a low-code integration platform for building data-exchange routes between information systems. It is aimed at mid-market and enterprise organizations that need hybrid infrastructure across cloud and self-hosted environments. Teams can create and execute integration routes, manage connectors and profiles, transform data visually, apply enterprise integration patterns, and create SOAP or REST services. API-based configuration and deployment through virtual machines or containers support organizations with varied operating models.
Its freemium structure starts with a Basic license for individual, non-commercial use, and that license is perpetual. The Perpetual plan is licensed by CPU count, applies to a specific version, and includes three environments besides production. Unlimited removes the CPU limit, includes updates and unlimited environments, and remains valid for three years. Term licensing is also based on CPU count, includes updates and technical support, and renews annually. This gives larger organizations several licensing models, though buyers need to request a calculation rather than select a listed price.
The platform’s strongest fit is for integration teams that want open-source routes and control over deployment. Connectivity spans SOAP, REST, HTTP, FTP, FTPS, SFTP, JDBC, MongoDB, ActiveMQ Artemis, Telegram, Kafka, and OData, alongside database, file-storage, and message-broker connections. Centralized error handling, API management, real-time synchronization, and workflow orchestration broaden its use beyond simple point-to-point transfers. Organizations seeking a focused, hybrid integration layer should consider Entaxy; teams prioritizing a more established commercial iPaaS ecosystem may prefer an alternative.
