EnrolNow is cloud-based administration software from EnrolNow Pty Ltd for kindergartens, preschools, early learning organisations and centralised registration schemes. Its EnrolNow One system brings together child and family records, applications, waitlists, offers, enrolments, forms, communications and reports. The vendor describes it as configurable for each service, including community preschools and holiday programs. It is most relevant to providers whose administrative priority is managing the path from application through enrolment, rather than planning learning activities.
Admissions workflows are the product’s clearest focus. Providers can customise application, waitlist, preference and enrolment forms, then manage applications, offers and enrolments. Customisable email templates and automated family communications support that process, while tour and orientation scheduling includes invitations, booking updates and reminders. Central child and family records can be exported, and reports cover records and attendance. Digital child and educator sign-in and sign-out are available as an optional module.
