EnGage is ComQi’s browser-based, cloud-hosted software for organizations managing distributed digital signage networks. It combines content creation, scheduling, layouts, widgets, reporting, permissions, approval workflows, and remote player control in a centralized platform. Content can include images, video, text, data, QR codes, pages, animations, HTML5, live video, RSS, web pages, and datasheets. The platform is aimed at enterprise-wide deployments and can manage thousands of remote players from a central location.

Its strongest differentiator is conditional, sensor-aware playback. Alongside playlist and timetable scheduling, EnGage supports metadata-based and conditional content rules, with integrations for GPIO interfaces, proximity sensors, NFC scanners, RFID sensors, RSS feeds, BrightSign, and HTML5 applications. Offline playback allows content to continue locally, with later synchronization and play logging. These capabilities suit installations where displays need to respond to context, device state, or changing content conditions rather than follow a fixed loop.

For larger networks, the operational layer is substantial: remote player and device management, proof-of-play, connectivity, health, and campaign reporting, video wall arrangement tools, permissions, and approval workflows are all included in the published feature set. RESTful API access and the HTML5 Player Framework extend its fit for connected environments. Pricing is handled through sales, so EnGage is better suited to organizations evaluating a managed enterprise deployment than buyers seeking a self-serve plan. Choose it for sensor-driven Linux networks, distributed displays, and structured governance; simpler installations may not need its broader control and workflow scope.
