Enact is LCP Delta’s analytics platform for GB and European short-term power markets. It is aimed at energy traders, analysts, investors, asset owners and distribution network operators who need to examine asset behavior alongside market conditions. Battery project analysts get a particularly relevant toolkit: a battery-storage project database, portfolio benchmarking, and revenue and generation forecasts with sensitivity analysis. Custom dashboards and visualizations support broader analysis of generation, demand, prices and asset performance.

Its feature set brings several planning and monitoring tasks together. Enact combines historic and live power-market data with renewable forecasts, imbalances and live prices, and offers intelligent querying, similar-day analysis and machine-learning forecasts for wind, demand, imbalance and system prices. Users can create charts, tables, maps and metrics, with real-time browser and phone notifications for monitoring. API access and an open-sourced Python package provide options for working with the platform beyond its web interface. Named integrations include EPEX, Nord Pool (N2EX), GFS, ECMWF, Meteomatics and Marex Spectron.

The three plans add capabilities in stages. Analyze includes bespoke dashboards, live calculations and analytical views, live plant tracking and benchmarking, dedicated support and regular catch-ups with LCP energy experts. Trade adds proprietary LCP forecasts, map and benchmarking views, simulators, asset deep-dives and custom notifications. Enterprise includes everything in Trade, unlimited users and the ability to integrate your own data. According to the vendor’s pricing page, pricing is not publicly listed and prospects are directed to discuss the appropriate model. Enact is a fit for mid-market and enterprise teams that need market and battery analytics; teams seeking a free plan or a simpler, self-serve tool should look elsewhere.
