EMITY E-MANAGER is a browser-based digital signage platform for creating, scheduling and publishing content across screen networks. It suits businesses, public-sector organizations, retailers, educational institutions and larger multi-site groups. Teams can manage JPG, PNG, PDF, MP4 and MOV files, build playlists, split screens into two, three or four zones, and control screens remotely. Deployment options include cloud, self-hosted and mobile access across web, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android.
The published plans are Standard, Premium and Excellence, with subscription pricing based on screen count and plan through an EMITY partner. Standard covers broadcasting and scheduling, Canva and Adobe Express visual creation, and two-factor authentication. Premium adds multi-user access and automated widgets. Excellence includes all Premium features, every widget including IPTV and Power BI, E-CLICK interactive display and single sign-on. The three-month Excellence trial supports up to three screens and does not require a credit card.
E-MANAGER’s main distinction is its breadth of content, data and platform connections. Widgets cover weather, RSS, social media, transport and business data, while live-stream support includes IPTV, RTSP and HLS. Integrations include Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SharePoint Excel, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok. Teams that need permissions, live business information and varied screen content should consider it; organizations seeking a free plan or a simpler signage tool may find the plan structure more than they need.
