ELMA365 is a low-code business automation platform for organizations building internal applications and automating business processes. Its visual tools cover application creation, business-process modeling, configurable forms and interfaces, records, roles, permissions, reports, and integrations. The platform is aimed at mid-market and enterprise organizations with complex processes, high workloads, or advanced security requirements. Browser, desktop, mobile, and API access support work across web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android environments.
Deployment flexibility is a central part of the product. Organizations can choose SaaS or on-premises deployment, with named-user and concurrent-user licensing options for Standard editions. Enterprise SaaS is designed for organizations with 200 or more users and adds dedicated cloud resources plus a 99.95% SLA. Enterprise On-Premises supports server clustering. This range makes ELMA365 a fit for teams that need control over hosting, authentication, and access policies rather than a narrowly focused workflow tool. A 14-day SaaS trial is available, while on-premises trial installation requires contacting ELMA.
The platform's breadth is its main distinction and its main consideration. Built-in data storage, visual process modeling, configurable interfaces, access control, mobile task and document access, SAML, OAuth2, and a public Web API allow organizations to assemble substantial internal applications in one environment. It is a strong candidate for large organizations standardizing several process applications across cloud or customer-managed infrastructure. Smaller teams seeking a free entry point or a simpler automation product should look elsewhere, while teams with complex workflows and deployment requirements should consider ELMA365.
