Elina PMS is cloud-based property management software for serviced apartments, hotels, aparthotels and short-term rentals. It brings reservations, booking management, channel distribution, direct booking, online check-in, payments, invoicing, reporting, guest management and maintenance requests into one system. Its scope also covers company and group management, automated communications, dynamic rates and multi-unit operations, making it suitable for hospitality operators managing short, mid and long stays across direct and online travel agency bookings.
Pricing is structured by room, apartment or rental and billed monthly. Connect costs £10 per room per month and includes the property management system, payment handling, booking engine, online check-in, integrations, and phone, email and helpdesk support. Connect+ costs £15 and adds a channel manager with 2,000+ channels and an OTA inbox. Enterprise costs £20 and adds API access, sandbox access and project support while retaining the channel manager and OTA inbox. The published plans show no free tier, and the product notes refer to setup fees and minimum monthly charges, so larger or more complex deployments should review commercial terms carefully.
Its strongest fit is connectivity. Elina PMS lists integrations with Xero, Pyramid Accounting, Stripe, Cardstream, Cashflows, Opayo, Barclaycard, Saferpay, Google Analytics and Google Hotels, alongside API access and reservation webhooks. PCI DSS and GDPR compliance are listed, with support available through email, phone, chat and documentation. The platform is web-based and cloud-deployed, rather than offered through mobile apps. Choose it for accommodation operations that depend on distribution, payments and hospitality workflows; conventional residential rental operators seeking tenant, lease or resident-portal management should choose a different category of product.
