Schools can define tuition, transport and other fee heads by class and term, apply concessions per student, collect payments online through Razorpay or record counter payments. The product supports cash, cheque, bank transfer, demand draft and online payments in a shared ledger, while parent and student portals, payment links and mobile apps extend access beyond the web application.
Pricing is structured across monthly plans. Starter costs INR 2,999 per month and includes student information management, attendance tracking, fee management, Razorpay online payments, a parent and student portal and web access. Professional costs INR 7,999 per month and adds library management, transport with school-posted bus location, analytics dashboards, priority support and AI School Assistant. Growth costs INR 14,999 per month and adds advanced analytics, payroll management, staff HR, advanced automation and audit logs.
