EchoPilot is an audio meeting recording tool for individuals and teams that want searchable records of in-person conversations and online calls. It records from iPhone, Android, Apple Watch, Mac, or Windows without joining meetings as a bot. The web app supports review, search, transcript editing, exports, structured minutes, timestamped answers, and approval-based action cards. Its audience ranges from solo users to enterprise teams, with cloud, desktop, and mobile deployment.

The free plan includes meeting minutes, searchable transcripts, action cards, 20 Ask questions per month, 15 voice captures per month, every integration destination, and 90-day audio and transcript retention. The monthly Pro plan costs $11.99 and adds 1,800 meeting minutes every 30 days, meetings up to 4 hours, renamed speaker turns on supported meetings, translation into 32 languages, unlimited Ask and voice captures subject to fair use, and retention until deletion. Annual Pro costs $89. Company includes Pro for every member, plus a shared workspace, access roles, invitations, member management, and an audit log. Company pricing is not included here, so organizations should confirm the commercial terms before choosing it.

EchoPilot’s ecosystem covers 18 destinations, including Todoist, Google Tasks, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, Microsoft To Do, Outlook Calendar, Outlook Mail, OneNote, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Apple Reminders, and Device Calendar. Approved tasks, notes, events, and messages can be routed externally, while action cards require review before external actions. Transcript corrections retain the original audio and text, and minutes can be exported as PDF, Markdown, or plain text. Choose EchoPilot for mobile-first audio capture, searchable review, and structured follow-up. Choose another meeting recorder if video capture is essential or if support beyond email is important.
