EasySignage is a cloud-based digital signage content management system for businesses, schools, restaurants, retailers, healthcare organizations, real-estate companies, and offices. It supports playlist creation, content scheduling, remote publishing, screen management, split-screen layouts, video walls, and synchronized playlists. Content can include videos, images, PDFs, audio, menus, dashboards, social feeds, calendars, web pages, and embedded apps. The platform runs across web, Windows, Linux, Android, and API environments, making it suitable for teams managing varied signage hardware and content sources.
Pricing follows a freemium model. The Free plan costs $0 per screen and includes one screen, unlimited playlists, offline operation, Canva integration, and 200 MB of storage; the EasySignage logo appears every 10 seconds. The Basic plan is listed at $8.25 per screen per month with annual billing and adds unlimited users, 10 GB of cloud storage plus 2 GB per screen, unlimited monthly bandwidth, one free screen, and no watermark. Premium adds custom apps, team management, access control, an interactive kiosk app builder, advanced scheduling, and API access. Enterprise adds SSO, proof of play, audit logs, geolocation, dynamic data apps, and AI Lite.
Its ecosystem is a central strength. Integrations include Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, YouTube, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Google and Microsoft calendars, RSS, weather, social media, and Canva. Offline playback uses locally cached content, while remote publishing and screen synchronization support coordinated displays. AI audience analytics and an AI assistant extend the platform beyond basic playlist management. EasySignage fits teams that need varied content, connected data sources, and centralized controls; smaller deployments may prefer a simpler tool if one-screen limits, branding on the Free plan, or per-screen billing are restrictive.
