EasyRoutes helps businesses plan and schedule local deliveries, assign routes to drivers, and keep customers informed. Its free plan is aimed at Shopify-based operations, while paid plans extend the workflow with driver apps, tracking links, delivery notifications, proof of delivery, and other capabilities. Small teams that want route planning and dispatch without an upfront plan cost may find it a practical starting point; teams outside Shopify should look at the paid options or consider alternatives that fit their storefront setup.

The plan differences matter. Free is Shopify-only and includes route planning, scheduling, driver assignment, and dispatch. Standard adds iOS and Android driver apps, customer tracking links with ETAs, and API and webhook support. Premium adds customizable email and SMS notifications, photo and e-signature proof of delivery, real-time driver location tracking, and advanced analytics. Enterprise starts with 15 driver seats and includes a dedicated account manager, priority support, and personalized onboarding. A 14-day free trial is also available. The published pricing details include an Enterprise plan, but do not state its price here.

EasyRoutes is most compelling when Shopify orders are central to a local delivery operation and customers need delivery ETAs or proof of delivery. Shopify and Zapier are listed integrations, and the product supports web, iOS, Android, and API access. Its delivery workflow covers planning through dispatch and customer updates, with barcode scanning also among its features. The free tier's Shopify restriction is a meaningful boundary, and teams needing Premium features must choose a paid plan. Consider it for a Shopify-centered operation; look elsewhere if Shopify is not part of the workflow.
