Our verdict on EasyResto
EasyResto brings a restaurant website and guest-facing services together, with a focus on QR menus, reservations and ordering. It suits small and mid-market restaurants that want guests to browse multilingual menus, book tables or order from a phone browser without downloading an app. The Free plan includes a website with its own domain, a digital QR menu, reservations, a customer database and feedback with Google Maps. The product runs in the cloud and is web-based.
The feature set extends beyond publishing a menu: restaurants can manage allergen categories and live edits, handle reservations with capacity management, and keep guest profiles and visit history in a CRM. Online delivery and takeaway, QR table ordering, table payments and direct tipping support service from discovery through checkout. Courier connections include Wolt, Glovo and Uber Eats, while R-Keeper is the named POS integration. That makes EasyResto a closer fit for restaurants seeking one guest-facing workflow than for businesses looking only for a basic site builder or a broad POS ecosystem.
The published plans show Free, Pro and Premium tiers, plus a 14-day trial that does not require a card. Pro is listed at PLN 99 monthly and adds SEO, online ordering, courier integrations, promo codes and multi-location administration. Premium adds an AI photo editor, cross-location loyalty, QR payments, waiter and restaurant tips, email and SMS marketing, and POS integration. The pricing page says annual billing saves 20%, but does not provide an annual amount; it also gives no Premium price. Restaurants should compare the full cost before choosing a paid tier.
