Easy Invoice Manager is cloud-based accounts payable software for founders, office staff, and accounting teams. It captures invoice data from uploaded documents, applies accounting codes, stores invoices, tracks payment dates, and supports approval workflows. The product also covers purchase-order validation, payment scheduling and execution, supplier invoice uploads, vendor management, and cash-flow analysis. It is positioned for American and Canadian organizations that manage payables daily or weekly rather than only at month end.
Pricing is structured around a free starting point and separate paid capabilities. The Free Plan includes cloud invoice storage, invoice data capture, paid invoice and payables aging reports, accounting coding, and a payables calendar. Premium costs $29 per month and adds unlimited invoices, a searchable archive, free accountant access, a bank balance interface, and a master vendor file. Corporate costs $99 per month and adds unlimited users and approvers. The Approval Plan costs $15 per approver user monthly and adds workflow, custom tiers, email invitations, fraud prevention, document attachments, and attachment review. Supplier Portals costs $149 per month, while CashFlowGURU costs $19 per month for projections, categorization, bank-balance analysis, and payables and receivables analysis.
Its main strength is breadth within core payables work: AI capture, OCR extraction, coding with GL, cost-center, and tax codes, configurable approval thresholds, purchase-order discrepancy handling, searchable storage, reporting, payment workflows, and supplier status updates all appear in the feature set. Small teams can start with the Free Plan and add approval, supplier, or cash-flow capabilities as their process requires. Larger teams may prefer Corporate for unlimited users and approvers. Organizations seeking a narrow invoice-capture tool may find the additional plans broader than necessary, while teams needing a different platform ecosystem should assess fit before choosing it.
