Easy-Commission is a hosted, web-based sales commission application for small businesses and sales teams. Administrators can configure commission rules and formulas by representative, product, customer, and transaction criteria, then calculate commissions from sales, revenue, profit, or quantity. Representatives receive web-based statements, while administrators can also manage leads, opportunities, customers, contacts, tasks, and interaction notes through the built-in CRM features.

Pricing is structured around a free edition and two paid plans. The Economy plan costs $2.95 per user per month when billed annually and includes basic commission functionality, commission schedules and plans, split and override commissions, statement and report exports, and imports from Excel/CSV, QuickBooks Online, and Xero. The Regular plan costs $6.95 per user per month when billed annually and adds recurring commissions and transactions, workflow and role-based security, statement, report, page, and menu designers, plus setup assistance. A 15-day free trial is also available. Pricing varies by user volume and country, and paid fees are non-refundable.

Its strongest fit is a team that needs configurable commission administration without a broad enterprise ecosystem. Easy-Commission supports QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Excel, CSV, and text-file imports, along with payroll and accounts-payable export files. Commission statements can offer historical access, customization, web delivery, PDF/XLS export, and email links, while reports, dashboards, analytics, and attainment reports support ongoing review. The trade-off is that quota setting is not supported, so teams that require quota-based planning should look elsewhere. Choose Easy-Commission for budget-conscious teams with straightforward to moderately complex commission plans; consider an alternative if extensive integrations or quota management are central requirements.
