Easemob IM is a cloud communications platform for developers building one-to-one messaging, group chat, and chatroom experiences. It combines RESTful APIs, client SDKs, callbacks, UIKit components, account authentication, user profiles, user relationships, delivery receipts, and moderation. Its platform coverage includes web, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, HarmonyOS, Unity, Flutter, React Native, mini-programs, uni-app, and Electron. That makes it a fit for teams that need chat across several client environments rather than a narrowly focused mobile messaging layer.

The plan structure spans IM Test Edition, IM Professional Edition, and IM Flagship Edition. IM Test Edition lists 100 registered users, 100 groups and chatrooms, 100 chatroom members, 100 members per group, and 100 server-side conversations. IM Professional Edition moves to unlimited registered users and unlimited groups and chatrooms, with 300 members per group, 10,000 DAU included, and 90 days of message cloud storage included. IM Flagship Edition raises the group limit to 3,000 members and adds 500 server-side conversations, pre-send callbacks, user presence subscriptions, and group read receipts.
