Ease is a broker-powered benefits administration and HR platform for small and midsize businesses. It brings online open enrollment, eligibility and enrollment progress tracking, qualifying life-event changes, plan comparisons, carrier submissions, onboarding, payroll synchronization, reporting, and ACA workflows into one system. Employees can access benefits information through web and mobile experiences, while brokers manage employer groups, enrollment forms, plans, rates, and carrier connections. Supported plan types include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, FSA, HRA, and telemedicine.
Ease uses three named tiers and a contact-sales pricing model. Pro supports up to 2,000 employees and 3 agency users, with online enrollment, Excel census downloads, rate quoting, onboarding, EaseConnect, and EaseConnect+. Agency adds unlimited employees and 6 agency users, plus plan libraries, compensation statements, client management reports, and Evidence of Insurability management. Enterprise adds 10 agency users, custom reports, single sign-on, carrier-specific census, and point-in-time reporting. There is no free plan, so organizations should clarify tier fit and commercial terms during the sales process.
Payroll connectivity is a central strength, with integrations including ADP Workforce Now, RUN Powered by ADP, BambooHR Payroll, Paycor, Paylocity, EaseConnect, EaseConnect+, EaseConnect 834, and BBP Admin. The platform also supports benefit deduction exports, digital carrier forms, carrier submissions, COBRA administration, and ACA reporting. Brokers that need employer-group management and connected enrollment workflows should find the scope aligned with their work. Employers seeking a straightforward benefits experience can use the mobile and web access, while teams needing custom reporting or SSO should consider Enterprise. Smaller organizations that do not need broker-led administration may find the platform broader than necessary.
