Dule is an AI scheduling assistant that coordinates meetings from email threads: users CC it, and it checks connected calendar availability, proposes times, follows up, and sends invitations. It is aimed at people who want scheduling handled within email rather than through a separate booking workflow. Calendar tools include Quick Add, Request-a-Time availability collection, multi-thread coordination, and time-zone management. Dule connects to Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, and it can be started without a separate app or browser extension.

The free plan works with a primary calendar and includes holiday imports from Google Calendar plus preferred meeting hours and durations. Pro costs $5 per month with monthly billing or $4 per month with annual billing. Both Pro options add up to four shadow calendars, bespoke instructions by email, custom agent email addresses, and removal of Dule's branded reply signature. Enterprise is listed at $100 per month monthly or $80 per month annually, for up to 20 users, with a company-branded AI address and Google Workspace integration. The pricing page also states a 30-day refund period; the trial does not require a card.

The main trade-off is focus: Dule coordinates calendars and email, but task management is not part of its feature set. Its web-only access may also be a poor fit for people who expect a desktop or mobile app, and its presence is not established by the listed product details. On security, SOC 2 is described as underway, not completed. Dule is a fit for individuals or teams that want email-thread scheduling and calendar coordination; buyers seeking broader personal-assistant work or a completed SOC 2 posture should consider alternatives.
