A focused web-based option for dues, ledgers, resident payments, and board operations.

DuesBoard is web-based HOA management software for self-managed and volunteer boards. Its core focus is collecting assessments and keeping association records organized, with ACH autopay, resident payment portals, per-unit ledgers, payment history, receipts, late fees, violations, documents, requests, budgets, vendors, meetings, and polls. The product fits smaller associations, including boards managing fewer than 25 units, fewer than 50 units, or 50–200 units.
Pricing is organized across three plans with monthly, quarterly, and annual options where listed. Starter costs $25 per month, $75 per quarter, or $250 per year and includes ACH autopay, a resident portal, per-unit ledgers, Stripe Connect, CSV import, and offline payment recording. Mid-Size costs $50 per month, $150 per quarter, or $500 per year, adding the full board suite, late fees, vendors, budgets, violations, meetings, polls, and DuesBoard AI. Community costs $75 per month or $225 per quarter and adds up to 200 units, multi-association workspaces, and priority email support. A 14-day trial is available. Online resident payments carry a 1% platform fee in addition to Stripe processing fees.
The platform’s strongest fit is an association that wants one web workspace for billing, ledgers, resident communication, and routine board administration. Stripe Connect handles payment processing and settlement to the association’s bank account, while CSV import and export support data movement. The review-first AI assistant covers notices, announcements, and agendas rather than replacing board review. DuesBoard is less suitable for organizations that require broad platform coverage beyond the web or a larger integration ecosystem. Small boards centered on dues and financial records should find the Starter plan especially aligned; associations needing violations, budgets, vendors, or board workflows should consider Mid-Size.
