dubly.me is a browser extension for translating and dubbing online videos in real time. It is aimed at learners and viewers who want to watch content in another language while keeping subtitles alongside dubbed speech. Supported services include YouTube, Netflix, Udemy, Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Vimeo, edX, TED.com, Loom, Rumble and standard HTML5 video. The product is available through Chrome extension and Android platforms.

The pricing structure is straightforward. The Free plan costs €0 per month and includes 100 minutes of dubbing each month, all supported platforms, a native voice in every language and AI translation. Basic costs €12 per month when billed monthly. It adds unlimited dubbing, 322 selectable voices, 75 languages, AI translation, all supported platforms and email support. Basic also adds voice gender and tone selection, making it the more suitable plan for regular viewing or users who want more control over playback voices.

Its main strength is breadth for online viewing rather than production-oriented dubbing. Real-time translation, synchronized subtitles, original-and-dubbed audio mixing, playback synchronization at 1.25× and 1.5× speed, automatic chapter detection and timestamped video summaries support study and routine video consumption. The product is less suitable for teams or creators seeking downloadable dubbing workflows, API access, lip synchronization, speaker matching or voice cloning. Choose dubly.me if your priority is browser-based access to multilingual educational and video content; choose another tool if you need production controls or advanced voice replication.
