A strong fit for complex revenue workflows, SaaS metrics, and multi-entity accounting.

DualEntry Revenue Recognition is cloud accounting software for finance teams handling subscription, usage-based, transaction, hybrid, and milestone contracts. It supports ASC 606 and IFRS 15 workflows, deferred revenue, contract amendments, standalone selling price allocation, variable consideration, multi-currency accounting, and SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn, deferred revenue, and recognized revenue. Its multi-entity capabilities also suit growing and enterprise organizations with more complex reporting structures.
The published plans show a tiered structure, with all plans requiring a sales conversation. DualEntry includes unlimited users, transactions, classifications, and currencies, up to three entities, all core accounting features, and limited revenue recognition modules. DualEntry Plus adds multi-entity consolidation, sandbox access, and single sign-on. DualEntry Ultra adds unlimited entities, advanced enterprise financial capabilities, and on-request Open API limits. The pricing FAQ states that no free trial is currently offered, so buyers should expect evaluation to begin through the vendor's sales process.
Revenue recognition is the product's clearest area of depth. It covers automated allocation and journal entries, cumulative catch-up and prospective adjustments for contract amendments, complex bundle allocation, variable-consideration constraints, and linked contract line items with audit trails. Integrations include Stripe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Ramp, Brex, Bill.com, Workday, Deel, Avalara, and others, while web and API access support platform connectivity. Choose DualEntry when accounting complexity and SaaS reporting justify a specialized system; a simpler accounting product may suit teams that do not need advanced revenue workflows, multi-entity support, or detailed contract history.
