DualEntry Close Management is a financial close module within DualEntry’s AI-native ERP. It is designed for mid-market and enterprise finance teams managing multiple entities, currencies, and accounting workflows. Finance users can create close checklists, assign tasks, attach documentation, add review notes, track reconciliations, complete sign-offs and tie-outs, monitor balance changes, and lock periods. The product is available on web, Windows, macOS, and through an API, with native ERP connectivity and integrations spanning banks, accounting systems, CRM, AP, AR, HRIS, BI, and tax.
Control and auditability are central to the workflow. Account reconciliations provide reviewer visibility, while configurable approval workflows, timestamped version history, audit trails, and period locking support a documented close process. Task-status views can be filtered by entity and book, helping teams monitor work across a multi-entity environment. AI-assisted reconciliation and anomaly detection add review support, but the product’s main value is the combination of structured tasks, evidence, approvals, and accounting controls rather than a narrow reconciliation tool.
The plan structure scales by entity count and advanced capability. DualEntry includes unlimited users, transactions, classifications, and currencies, up to three entities, all core accounting features, and limited revenue recognition modules. DualEntry Plus raises the limit to 20 entities and adds an entity add-on and multi-currency consolidation. DualEntry Ultra adds unlimited entities, advanced revenue recognition, financial planning, dynamic allocations, and SAML authentication. Pricing uses a contact-sales model, and there is no free plan or free trial. Teams needing controlled close operations across systems should consider DualEntry; smaller teams seeking self-serve pricing or a free starting tier should look elsewhere.
