Dryfta is an event management platform for universities, enterprises, associations and nonprofits running academic, professional, virtual or hybrid events. It brings together customizable registration forms, ticketing and online payments, abstract submission and peer review, scheduling, communications, networking, exhibitors, check-in, event websites and reporting. Optional native Android and iOS apps, API access and on-premise hosting give organizers several deployment paths. Its feature mix is particularly suited to conferences where submissions, sessions and attendee logistics need to sit in one system.
Pricing is structured around annual plans and a usage-based option. Small costs $1,499 per year and includes 100 abstract submissions, 100 attendees, custom registration fields, a schedule builder and guest check-ins. Medium costs $14,999 per year and expands capacity to 1,000 abstract submissions and 1,000 attendees, with 150 interactive virtual or in-person sessions; its networking app is available as an add-on. Large includes unlimited abstract submissions, attendees and interactive sessions, plus 30 training sessions and 24/7 live chat support. Pay as you Go covers abstract management, registration and ticketing, virtual event tools and check-ins based on usage. A 14-day trial is available.
The platform fits organizations that need more than basic registration, especially when peer review, program building, exhibitor management and onsite operations are part of the same event. Integrations include Stripe, Mollie, Zoom, Salesforce, Vimeo, Mailchimp, HubSpot and Zapier, covering payments, video, CRM, marketing and automation workflows. QR-code check-in, automated notifications and QR lead retrieval extend its operational scope. Organizers with small events may find the Small plan’s 100-attendee and 100-submission limits restrictive, while teams seeking the networking app on Medium need the add-on. Choose Dryfta for conference breadth; choose a narrower tool when only simple registration or ticketing is required.
