Our verdict on Dropout
Dropout is a subscription streaming service centered on original comedy and unscripted series, with a library that also includes CollegeHumor classics. Its shows include Dimension 20, Make Some Noise and Very Important People. Fans looking for this specific mix can stream the complete library without ads on the web and supported apps. The service is a more targeted fit than a broad entertainment catalog, so viewers seeking a wide range of unrelated genres may prefer another service.
Membership comes in three forms. Monthly Membership costs $6.99 per month, while Annual Membership costs $69.99 per year; both provide ad-free access to the complete show library. The annual plan page advertises a first-year price of $55.99, then $69.99 thereafter. Superfan costs $129.99 per year and includes standard membership benefits, exclusive merchandise and store discounts, early access to event tickets, and access to the behind-the-scenes Hub. A three-day free trial is available. The monthly plan suits viewers who want to avoid an annual commitment, while the annual option is the lower published standard price over a year.
Web, iOS and Android are listed platforms, and apps are also available for mobile devices and televisions. Episodes can be downloaded in the mobile app for later viewing, which helps when streaming is not convenient. Support is offered through email and documentation. Choose Dropout for its original comedy and unscripted library, especially if mobile downloads or optional Superfan extras matter to you. It is less suitable if you want a broad, multi-genre catalog or a free plan; the Superfan tier is also a separate, higher-cost choice for viewers who value its additional perks.
