Domi Vera is cloud-based property management software for South African landlords, property managers and agencies. Its workflows cover tenant invoicing, lease administration, owner statements and payouts, deposits, expenses and payment reconciliation. The Free plan includes automatic monthly tenant invoices, tenant and owner portals, lease lifecycle tools, deposit and pro-rata handling, and bank statement import and reconciliation. That combination suits landlords who need administrative and accounting workflows more than a way to collect rent online.
The published plans show a free tier and three paid options. Owner is aimed at private landlords self-managing a growing portfolio and costs R55 per active lease, with email support. Growth is for agencies running a portfolio at R42 per active lease, with priority email support. Enterprise is for established agencies with bespoke requirements and dedicated support. The site states that the first billing cycle is free on every plan and that no card is required for demo signup. Per-lease pricing ties cost to active leases rather than users, making the paid tiers relevant as portfolios grow; prospective buyers should compare their lease count and support needs against those rates.
Domi Vera’s strength is the breadth of property administration: it lists late-payment interest, levy reconciliation, metered utility charges, expense and maintenance invoice tracking, and move-out deposit settlements alongside lease and owner workflows. Bank statement import and reconciliation supports matching payments, but the product does not list online tenant rent collection, so landlords seeking an in-product payment collection flow should look elsewhere.
