DockSync is browser-based dock scheduling software for warehouse operators and logistics teams. It brings inbound deliveries, outbound collections, returns, bay assignments, supplier self-booking, driver check-in, and operational reporting into one schedule. Teams can manage month, week, and day calendar views, while suppliers and carriers can request controlled slots through booking links. QR-code check-in works without a driver app, and SMS instructions can be sent after check-in. It is best suited to small warehouse sites that want a complete workflow rather than a narrow appointment calendar.

Pricing is structured around warehouse scale and scheduling depth. Starter costs £79 per month with monthly billing, or £63 per month as a monthly equivalent when billed annually. It covers one warehouse, up to eight bays, a supplier self-booking portal, booking calendar, QR driver check-in, and email support. Growth costs £179 per month monthly, or £143 per month as a monthly equivalent when billed annually, and adds unlimited bays, recurring bookings, approval workflow controls, supplier performance scoring, and priority email and chat support. Enterprise adds multiple warehouses, API and webhook access, SSO and SAML integration, a custom SLA and uptime guarantee, dedicated customer success management, and custom reporting and BI exports. Enterprise pricing is custom, and a 30-day trial is available.

The product’s strongest fit is a single-site operation that needs controlled supplier access, recurring appointments, approvals, occupancy visibility, and performance reporting in one system. The eight-bay ceiling on Starter is a clear constraint for larger dock operations, while Growth remains designed for one warehouse. Multi-warehouse teams will need Enterprise for the relevant deployment model and integrations. Smaller teams that do not need self-booking, check-in workflows, or reporting may find the broader workflow set unnecessary; teams with more than eight bays should look beyond Starter.

DockSync pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Combines inbound, outbound, returns, and bay scheduling in one calendar.
    • Supplier self-booking, approvals, and QR check-in reduce coordination work.
    • Live bay visibility, reporting, CSV export, and API access support operations teams.
  • Where it doesn't
    • Starter supports only one warehouse and up to eight bays.
    • Enterprise pricing is custom rather than published.
    • Growth and Enterprise features may exceed the needs of very small sites.
