Our verdict on Docebo

Docebo is a cloud learning management and workforce-readiness platform for organizations training employees, customers, partners, and other audiences. Its feature set covers online and instructor-led training, configurable assessments, certificates, reporting, skills management, social learning, gamification, and AI-assisted content creation and administration. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support distributed learning programs, while the Go.Learn app extends access to mobile learners. The product is positioned for medium-sized and large organizations with complex or multi-audience requirements, particularly teams building skills-focused enterprise training programs.

Pricing is organized into Elevate and Enterprise, with custom pricing rather than public numeric rates. Elevate includes personalization and multi-audience support, white-labeling, customizable design, certification and compliance tracking, AI-powered content creation, learning insights and reporting, plus mobile and social learning. Enterprise includes everything in Elevate and adds advanced analytics and insights, extended enterprise support with up to 10 domains, two sandbox environments, a branded mobile app, and upgraded API access at 100 calls per minute. The tier structure gives larger programs a clear path to additional administration, branding, analytics, and development capacity, though buyers need a sales conversation to evaluate cost.

Docebo fits organizations that need one system for learning delivery, workforce skills tracking, assessment, certification, and reporting across several audiences. SAML single sign-on and identity-provider integrations support controlled access, while REST APIs, an API browser, and integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Drive, Adobe Connect, Dropbox, HubSpot, Accredible, ADP Workforce Now, and BambooHR help it fit into broader business workflows. Choose it when breadth, multi-audience delivery, and enterprise administration matter more than public pricing. Smaller teams or buyers seeking a straightforward, openly priced LMS may find the intended scale and contact-sales model less suitable.
