DocDairy brings animal identification, milk production, breeding, health treatments, compliance, and financial analysis into one dairy-farm management system. Its daily worklist, per-cow and bulk-tank milk records, breeding workflows, and treatment withholding warnings suit farms that want routine herd operations and reporting together. The feature set spans solo farms through enterprise, while the published platform is web and the app can be installed on a phone. Offline barn mode is intended for work away from a connection, with a printable Today worklist for daily tasks.

Interoperability is a notable fit for farms moving records from established herd systems: DocDairy lists imports from DairyComp, PCDART, and CSV, plus a REST API. Its integrations also include DHIA test days, DeLaval DelPro, Lely Horizon, UNIFORM-Agri, and CSV/Excel. Compliance-oriented tools include premises IDs, traceability, and FARM-style reports; dashboards add KPI views, cow-value ranking, and profitability metrics. A read-only AI assistant can answer queries about herd records. These capabilities make the product relevant to teams balancing day-to-day records with analysis and documentation, rather than farms looking only for a narrow milk or breeding tracker.

According to the vendor's pricing page, Starter is $49 per month with every module, unlimited users and devices, free herd import, and email support. Farm is $99 per month and adds priority support, guided migration, and an onboarding call. Pro is $199 per month, adding phone and WhatsApp support, dedicated onboarding, and equipment connection help. Enterprise is $399 per month and adds custom integrations and API work, multi-farm benchmarking, and SLA, invoicing, and procurement terms. Choose DocDairy if its combination of records, offline work, imports, and compliance analytics matches farm operations. Farms that require a specifically listed non-web platform or need custom integration work below Enterprise should compare alternatives.

  • Where it doesn't
    • Only web is specified as a platform
    • Custom integrations and API work are limited to Enterprise
    • Advanced support and onboarding require higher-priced plans
