A broad web-based TMS for fleets combining dispatch, administration, accounting, and compliance.

DispatchTMS is a cloud-based transportation management system for trucking companies, brokers, third-party logistics providers, and transportation licensing businesses. It brings dispatching, load tracking, driver messaging, safety records, settlements, accounting, reporting, employee records, document storage, and terminal administration into one product. Its dispatch scope includes total truckload, less-than-truckload, and split-load operations, making it relevant to fleets with varied freight workflows as well as brokerages and licensing businesses.
The plan structure follows those business models. Trucking includes Dashboard, Dispatch, Loads, Safety, Accounting, and Terminals. Brokerage adds Carriers in place of Safety, while Trucking & Brokerage (Combo) includes Carriers and Owner operators. Dispatch Services includes Dashboard, Dispatch, Loads, Carriers, Accounting, and Terminals; Licensing & Permits focuses on client company, customers, safety package, employees, and accounting. The vendor uses a contact-sales pricing model, so buyers should compare requirements and commercial terms directly before selecting a plan.
Operational breadth is the main reason to consider DispatchTMS. Load records can show movement, ETA, location, and delays, while driver communication runs through two-way messaging from loads. Safety records cover power units, trailers, inspections, maintenance, and driver qualification files. The platform also handles receivables, invoicing, payments, payable accounting, settlements, IFTA, tax reporting, work orders, vendor invoicing, and job tracking. Multi-terminal controls and role-based permissions suit centralized administration across locations. Choose it if your priority is a broad administrative TMS on the web; consider alternatives if a documented ELD connection or a more narrowly focused workflow is essential.
