DirectDine brings restaurant ordering and day-to-day operations into one cloud-based system, aimed at independent restaurants and small to mid-market teams. Staff can manage dine-in and pickup orders alongside POS, kitchen display, reservations, waitlists and floor plans. The mix is broad: restaurants seeking a single system for front-of-house ordering and operational tasks may find its scope useful, while businesses that depend on integrations or access beyond the web may prefer a narrower tool that fits those needs.

The published plans show three monthly tiers. Starter costs $79 per month and includes QR ordering for tables and counters, dine-in and pickup, full POS, kitchen board and order display, reservations, a waitlist, floor plan, and staff logins, roles and activity log. Growth is $199 per month and adds a branded ordering website, automatic delivery dispatch with a live map, promotions, loyalty, an embeddable ordering widget, analytics and searchable order history. Pro costs $399 per month and adds a custom domain, inventory management, staff scheduling, multi-jurisdiction tax reports and branding removal. A 14-day trial is available without a card requirement. The homepage shows USD pricing, while the pricing page displayed INR during research, so the displayed currency may depend on region.

DirectDine’s strongest fit is restaurants that value breadth over connecting a collection of separate services: ordering, POS, kitchen workflows, delivery, reservations, staffing, inventory and loyalty are covered across its plans. That breadth comes with a clear platform constraint: deployment is web-only, and no integrations are listed. Support is by email, with 24/7 support noted. Choose it if the bundled workflow and browser-based access suit your operation; look elsewhere if you need integrations or a platform beyond the web.
