Free QR and dine-in ordering with tools for pickup, kitchen workflows and reservations.

Dineinto is a cloud-based web platform for restaurant ordering and operations, with a free Starter plan suited to venues focused on QR and dine-in ordering. It also supports pickup and drive-through orders, live kitchen workflows, table management, reservations, staff access controls and branch management. AI menu import accepts PDFs, photos or public links, while voice ordering is available through Mona. Its scope fits small and mid-market restaurants looking to bring ordering and day-to-day operations into one platform, rather than operators whose core requirement is online delivery.
The plan structure separates core ordering from guest engagement and integrations. Starter includes QR menus, tables and orders, AI menu import, staff and reservations, and pay-at-restaurant. Pro adds voice ordering with Mona, loyalty points, promotions and vouchers, promotion analytics and recommendations, plus POS integration and restaurant-owned payments. White Label adds a restaurant-owned domain, custom logo, colors and identity, Pro features and integrations, and tailored setup and support. The published plan information indicates that White Label pricing is custom; local pricing and onboarding depend on the selected market.
Operationally, the combination of table tools, live order and kitchen workflows, and reservations gives Dineinto more breadth than a QR menu alone. Restaurants can also use staff access controls and branch management alongside loyalty and promotional features. However, delivery ordering is explicitly unsupported, and POS integration sits on Pro, so restaurants requiring delivery or POS connectivity should compare alternatives that cover those needs in their chosen plan. Dineinto is a better fit for venues prioritizing dine-in, pickup or drive-through service and QR ordering, especially if its Starter features are sufficient.
