Dilivygo is a white-label food delivery platform for restaurant groups, cloud kitchens, marketplace operators, and expanding food brands. It brings customer ordering, rider workflows, vendor operations, POS, dispatch, routing, analytics, and administration into one system. Its web, iOS, Android, API, and self-hosted options support different operating models, while multi-brand and multi-location administration fits businesses managing more than one concept or site.
The operational feature set is the main reason to consider Dilivygo. Customers can order through branded web and native mobile apps, while riders receive task, route, status, and earnings workflows in a dedicated app. Automated dispatch, order sorting, route optimization, live tracking, and operational mapping address the coordination work involved in delivery management. Vendor tools cover orders, menus, stock, and store hours, and web and desktop POS applications extend the platform beyond delivery alone. Delivery zone rules are custom, and the platform supports multiple order sources.
Pricing is paid monthly across three packages: Base at $99, Mid at $249, and Premium at $349. The package structure gives growing operators clear price points, but tier inclusions are not itemized, so buyers should evaluate which capabilities apply to each package. Dilivygo is a strong fit for multi-brand or multi-location businesses that need branded ordering, rider coordination, dispatch, and integrations with tools such as Stripe, QuickBooks, HubSpot, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Twilio, Slack, Zapier, AWS, and Meta. Smaller restaurants seeking only basic online ordering may find its breadth and starting price unnecessary.
