DigitalRSVPs review
A flexible invitation tool for detailed guest collection and event memories.

DigitalRSVPs is a web-based invitation platform for individuals, families, and event hosts who need more than a simple event announcement. It combines customizable templates with AI-generated invitation designs, shareable event pages, RSVP tracking, guest management, reminders, and delivery by email, text message, or link. The Free plan includes basic templates, 3 free AI generations, text invites from the host’s phone, unlimited guests, RSVP tracking, and a shareable event page.
Guest data collection is a central strength. Paid features add meal and dietary tracking, adult or child plus-one tagging, and email invitations, giving hosts more structure for events where attendance details affect planning. Real-time RSVP tracking and guest management support ongoing updates, while Apple Music integration adds an option for event-related music. Invitations can also be exported as vendor-ready PDFs, which suits hosts coordinating printed materials or external suppliers.
The higher tiers extend the product beyond invitations into event memories and administration. Premium includes a live photo gallery and voice guestbook, while Pro adds unlimited events and invitations, 12-month photo and voice-memory hosting, bulk ZIP downloads, an analytics dashboard, and custom domains. Those features make DigitalRSVPs a strong fit for hosts who want guest responses, media collection, and branded event pages in one web service. It is less suitable for users seeking a mobile app, a broad integration ecosystem, or only a basic one-time invitation with minimal guest information.
