Dibein is a web-based cash-intelligence platform for finance teams at growing companies. It connects read-only bank accounts and accounting systems to produce rolling cash forecasts, scenario models, transaction anomaly alerts, and natural-language answers about financial data. Small teams can start with the free Starter plan, while mid-market and enterprise finance teams can use broader connection, consolidation, currency, and support options.

Pricing is structured around four tiers. Starter is free and includes a rolling 13-week forecast, one bank connection, one accounting connection, up to two seats, and seven days of transaction history in Anomaly Radar. Growth costs €149 per month and adds unlimited bank and accounting connections, 13-week and 12-month forecasts, Scenario Studio, full Anomaly Radar history, and email support. Scale costs €449 per month and adds multi-entity consolidation, multi-currency forecasting for EUR, GBP, USD, and CHF, unlimited Ask Dibein queries, Slack and email digests, API access, and priority support. Growth and Scale are 15% cheaper with annual billing. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, custom data retention, a dedicated customer success manager, a custom SLA, and security questionnaire and DPA support.

Its main strength is breadth within cash forecasting. Dibein combines scenario planning for hiring, payment terms, pricing, costs, and debt with transaction anomaly detection and financial queries that cite source transactions. Connections include Qonto, Revolut Business, N26 Business, BNP Paribas, Société Générale, SEPA banks via Open Banking, Pennylane, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and NetSuite. Teams managing several entities, currencies, or accounting systems have a clear reason to consider it. Smaller teams with only one connection may find Starter sufficient, while organizations seeking a more established vendor may prefer an alternative given Dibein's 2024 founding.

Dibein pros and cons

    • Free Starter plan includes a rolling 13-week forecast.
    • Supports bank, accounting, ERP, multi-entity, and multi-currency connections.
    • Scenario Studio and cited natural-language financial queries aid decision-making.
  • Where it doesn't
    • Starter is limited to one bank and one accounting connection.
    • The web-only platform may not suit teams needing native desktop or mobile apps.
    • Enterprise requires custom pricing and a dedicated commercial agreement.
