Dialpad Connect is a cloud business communications platform for small teams, distributed organizations, and enterprises. It brings business voice calling, video meetings, SMS/MMS, team messaging, virtual local and toll-free numbers, call routing, IVR menus, voicemail, and number porting into one application. AI features include real-time call transcription, AI summaries, AI-powered meetings, and voicemail transcription. Teams can access the service through web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, while administrators can manage lines, business hours, routing, and existing numbers.
Pricing is structured around Standard, Pro, and Enterprise. Standard costs $15 per user per month with annual billing or $27 with monthly billing, and includes unlimited calls, chats, and meetings, AI-powered meetings, built-in messaging, one office, and up to three departments. Pro costs $25 annually or $35 monthly per user, adds up to 10 offices and 25 departments, and has a three-user minimum. Enterprise uses custom pricing, supports unlimited offices and departments, and requires a 100-user minimum. A 14-day free trial provides an evaluation period, but there is no free plan.
Dialpad Connect fits organizations that want business calling tied closely to AI-assisted meeting and call workflows. Its integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and HubSpot support common workplace and customer-management environments. Custom call routing, auto attendant functions, department and after-hours routing, call forwarding, and call transfer give administrators control over how calls move through the organization. Teams needing a lower-commitment service should consider the plan minimums and billing differences before choosing it; smaller groups may prefer Standard, while organizations needing broader office and department coverage may fit Pro or Enterprise.
