Low-cost transaction export and matching with partial payout reconciliation.

Dext Commerce is cloud accounting automation software for ecommerce sellers, accountants, and bookkeepers. It connects selling channels and payment systems, fetches and itemizes transactions, and exports standardized records to accounting software. Its workflows cover marketplaces, ecommerce platforms, retailers, payment providers, and point-of-sale systems, with support for sales, fees, taxes, refunds, reimbursements, shipping, multicurrency transactions, and historical imports. It fits businesses that need transaction-level ecommerce data prepared for accounting rather than a standalone inventory platform.
Pricing is structured around transaction volume and accounting needs. Starter costs $19 per month when billed monthly and includes 200 transactions, connections to all selling accounts, one accounting file, summary and advanced data, standard exports, and basic mappings. Growth costs $59 per month monthly and raises the allowance to 1,000 transactions, adding advanced exports, advanced mappings, and standard accrual. Premium is designed for high-volume transactions and dedicated support needs, with advanced accrual and deferred revenue, API access, and up to three accounting files. The published plans show a paid product with no free plan.
Its ecosystem coverage is a central strength: integrations include Amazon, BigCommerce, eBay, Etsy, PayPal, Shopify, Square, Stripe, Walmart, Wix, WooCommerce, and QuickBooks Online. Matching, duplicate detection, tax transforms, facilitator-tax handling, SKU matching, inventory transforms, and cost-of-goods companion transactions add useful structure to exported records. However, payout reconciliation remains partial and inventory accounting is basic, so sellers needing deeper inventory control or more complete payout accounting should consider an alternative. Dext Commerce is a sensible fit for smaller ecommerce operations and accounting practices focused on clean exports and transaction matching, especially at Starter volume.
