Deskpro is help desk software for customer service, IT, HR, and operations teams. It brings email, chat, voice, social, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, and Microsoft Teams conversations into a unified inbox, with omnichannel ticketing, workflow automation, SLA tracking, reporting, knowledge-base content, customer portals, and mobile agent apps. Its deployment choices include managed cloud and Deskpro Private for on-premise, private-cloud, VPC, and other self-hosted environments.

Pricing is organized into three paid, monthly per-agent plans. Team costs $39 per agent per month and includes the unified inbox, self-Service Help Center, chatbot, apps and integrations, mobile apps, and reporting and analytics; the plan has a five-agent minimum. Professional costs $59 per agent per month and adds Lite Agents, Deskpro AI, an AI-powered chatbot, multiple brand support, and advanced voice and call controls. Enterprise costs $99 per agent per month and adds a global data center option, quarterly health checks, security reviews, a sandbox environment, and HIPAA-compliant hosting.

Deskpro fits teams that need a wide support toolkit alongside platform flexibility. Its integrations with Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Jira, Salesforce, Zapier, LDAP, and SAML support varied service environments, while API access, custom reports, real-time dashboards, triggers, escalations, and macros extend operational control. The main tradeoff is cost and tier structure: there is no free plan, and several advanced capabilities sit above Team. Organizations seeking self-hosting, multichannel coverage, and configurable workflows should consider Deskpro; smaller teams seeking a free or lower-cost help desk may prefer an alternative.
