Designage is a cloud-based digital signage platform for creating, scheduling, publishing and monitoring content across physical screens. It is suited to restaurants, retail businesses, real estate, museums, hotels, offices and gyms, with support for small, mid-market and enterprise deployments. Browser-based editing, playlists, layouts, channels and device management cover the main workflow from content preparation through screen oversight. The platform runs across web, Windows, Linux and Android, and supports images, videos, browser content, HTML widgets, streaming video and hardware video input.
Pricing is organized around per-display licensing. Core costs €9 per display per month when billed monthly, or €96 per display per year when billed annually; the published annual-equivalent rate is €8 per display per month. Core includes full-screen playback, basic playlist scheduling, content templates, a media editor, browser content and WatchTower Monitor. Pro costs €19 per display per month monthly, or €204 per display per year annually, and adds advanced scheduling, multiple screen regions, streaming video, multi-device channels, synchronized playback, and locations and maps. Flex offers tailored features, integrations, packaging and pricing, with site licensing, custom integrations, enterprise SSO and a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
Designage stands out when centralized monitoring and operational controls matter. WatchTower tracks screen status and playback, while map-based device monitoring and scheduled power, reboot, brightness and volume controls support distributed locations. Channels connect devices, playlists and layouts, and synchronized playback is available on Pro. Integrations include Trafiklab public transport, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Lime CRM and heynow POS, with custom integrations available through Flex. Support is offered by email, ticket and community channels, and two-factor authentication is listed. Designage is a strong fit for teams coordinating multiple displays and locations; organizations wanting a free plan, non-cloud deployment or simpler single-screen publishing should consider a more focused alternative.
