Deloitte MobilityAdvantage is a global mobility management platform for enterprises coordinating employee moves, assignments, immigration, business travel, remote work, intra-company transfers, and international hires. It brings case and process management, cost estimates, documents, communication, approvals, tasks, reporting, and provider coordination into one environment. Mobility teams can also provide employees with mobile access through web, iOS, and Android apps. Its published capabilities cover relocation management, immigration tracking, assignment management, employee self-service, and vendor management.
For organizations already using Deloitte mobility services, the platform's ecosystem fit is a central strength. It supports HRIS integration with Workday and SAP, connects with Outlook and Gmail, and integrates with Deloitte GlobalAdvantage for tax and immigration services. The platform also connects with more than 80 mobility vendors, while provider and vendor management helps coordinate external partners. Active Directory-based single sign-on supports access management, and alerts, milestone notifications, centralized ticketing, approval workflows, and email and document templates help structure communication across cases.
Planning and operational visibility are another important focus. Mobility teams can use cost projections and estimates, planning tools for progress and costs, reporting and analytics, and report export to monitor programs and support decisions. According to the vendor's pricing model, buyers contact sales rather than selecting a published self-serve tier, so organizations should expect a sales-led evaluation. Deloitte MobilityAdvantage is a strong fit for large enterprises that need broad global mobility coverage, HRIS connectivity, vendor coordination, and Deloitte service integration. Teams seeking a narrowly focused tool or a simple standalone workflow may find its wider enterprise scope less suitable.
