DeliverLogic review
A restaurant-focused delivery platform that combines branded ordering with dispatch and tracking.

DeliverLogic brings branded ordering and delivery operations together for restaurants, delivery-service providers, courier companies and catering marketplaces. Restaurants seeking to manage a branded delivery service can take orders through their own website and apps, coordinate drivers, and keep customers informed. Businesses can use their own drivers or partner networks such as Uber and DoorDash, so it can also suit operators coordinating more than one fulfillment source.
The monthly plans are Startup at $99, Basic at $179, Business at $499 and Corporate at $999. Their published highlights are the same: a branded website, automated driver routing, real-time order tracking, restaurant and driver apps, POS integrations, and branded mobile apps available. These are monthly minimums, and DeliverLogic also charges transaction-based credit-card fees. Optional one-time design packages range from the $900 Startup Package, with a premium website template and design editor, to the $4,900 Web & Custom App Package and the $8,000 Custom Collaboration Package, which includes yearly design updates and a dedicated project manager. Buyers should weigh the monthly minimum and card fees against the value of owning a branded ordering channel.
The operational scope goes beyond taking orders: dispatch can bundle deliveries and optimize routes, while the DriverLogic app supports drivers receiving and executing orders. Customers and dispatchers can track deliveries in real time; photo and signature proof of delivery, automated driver and restaurant payments, and SMS, push and email marketing notifications round out the workflow. POS and third-party delivery integrations, plus a REST API for order injection and custom integrations, give it options for fitting into existing systems. Choose DeliverLogic when branded food ordering and delivery coordination are central. Businesses looking for a delivery-management tool not built around food ordering may be better served by a more general-purpose alternative.
DeliverLogic pros and cons
- Where it wins
- Branded websites and apps support direct online ordering.
- Automated dispatch includes bundling and route optimization.
- Live tracking, proof of delivery and automated payments cover delivery workflows.
- Where it doesn't
- Monthly plans start at $99, with transaction-based card fees as well.
- The ordering-platform emphasis makes it less suited to general delivery operations.
- Optional design packages add one-time costs, from $900 to $8,000.
