Degama DTMS is a configurable transportation management system for trucking companies, carriers, brokers, and logistics operations. It brings order management, dispatch, fleet planning, routing, billing, compliance, maintenance, settlements, mobile dispatch, customer portals, and EDI into one cloud and mobile deployment. Its coverage includes full-truckload, less-than-truckload, brokerage, heavy-haul, inbound logistics, and automotive logistics operations. The product is suited to established fleets and organizations that need more than dispatch and invoicing alone.

Pricing starts with DTMS TL at $550 per month, billed monthly. This plan includes dispatch, driver management, billing, unlimited users and drivers, and a mobile driver app. It is built for 10 or fewer trucks, with room for 20. The published plan is therefore a fit for smaller fleets that still need structured operations, while the wider DTMS feature set addresses more complex workflows such as configurable settlements, IFTA reporting, maintenance history, safety records, customer KPI reporting, and EDI transactions.

Its main strength is breadth across the trucking workflow. Dispatchers can assign loads, schedule work, monitor operations, and communicate with drivers; billing supports batch or order invoicing and accounting integrations; and maintenance includes service scheduling, work orders, parts, warranties, and history. Mobile operations add signatures, photos, document uploads, timestamps, and voice-to-text notes. Integrations include DAT, Descartes, FourKites, Omnitracs, PC*Miler, Rand McNally, and others, while support is available by email and phone. Choose Degama DTMS when a fleet needs a broad TMS with compliance, equipment, settlements, portals, and EDI. A simpler operation may prefer a narrower tool.
