Deel brings employee, contractor, and employer-of-record administration into one global HR platform. It combines worker profiles, documents, organizational data, onboarding workflows, time off, time tracking, approvals, reporting, payroll, compliance administration, performance management, and workforce analytics. International teams that need HR operations alongside payroll and employment administration are the clearest fit. Mobile apps for iOS and Android extend access to workers and managers, while web access and an API support broader workflows.

The HRIS tiers are structured around expanding people-management depth. Core costs $5 per person per month and includes worker profiles, employee records, org charts, job architecture, time-off management, workflows, approvals, anonymous reporting, and people analytics. Advanced costs $19 per person per month and adds performance management, goals, learning, and employee engagement. Elite costs $29 per person per month and adds compensation management and headcount planning. These prices apply to the HRIS offering; hiring, payroll, and employment services are priced separately, so organizations evaluating the full Deel product suite should assess each service alongside the selected HRIS tier.

Deel’s breadth is its defining strength: the same product spans everyday HR administration, workforce insights, payroll, compliance, and employee development workflows. AI-powered HR answers and workforce insights add another layer to reporting and administration. The platform connects with Slack and Microsoft Teams and is available through an API, but its listed integration set is narrower than its functional coverage. Choose Deel when international payroll and compliance belong at the center of the HR system. Teams seeking a wider prebuilt integration ecosystem or only a focused HRIS may prefer a more specialized alternative.
