DecisionRules is a business rules management platform for business and engineering teams that need to author, test, manage, and execute decision logic. Its visual Decision Tables, Decision Trees, Decision Flows, Integration Flows, Scripting Rules, and Lookup Tables support both business users and developers. Developers can work through REST Solver and Management APIs, SDKs, Docker, and Kubernetes, while teams can use the platform through public cloud, private managed cloud, or self-hosted deployment.

The pricing structure gives smaller teams a direct starting point. The Free plan costs €0 per month and includes 10 Business Rules & Flows, 1 user, 1 project, 1,000 Solver API calls, database connectors, and the AI Assistant. The published plans show a 14-day Lite trial for public cloud. Lite costs €291 per month or €3,500 per year, adds capacity for 30 Business Rules & Flows, Management API access, batch processing, live collaboration, and basic role-based access. Premium has custom pricing and adds advanced security and reliability. A separate Self-Hosted Free Trial provides 30 days, full features, Docker containers, and no credit card requirement.

Feature depth is a central strength. DecisionRules combines visual authoring with rule testing, test suites, debugging, versioning, rule comparison, audit logs, decision analytics, AI-assisted rule creation from plain language, and Integration Flows for background processing. Its integration list covers AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Kafka, MCP, Power Automate, Power BI, Salesforce, Zapier, n8n, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. Choose DecisionRules if your team needs broad authoring and deployment options alongside API-based execution. Smaller teams may find the Free limits restrictive, while teams seeking advanced security should evaluate the Premium tier.
