Dealer Network CRM brings manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and retailers into a cloud-based B2B distribution workflow. Its focus is partner transactions: teams can manage multi-tier catalogs, partner-specific wholesale pricing and discounts, inventory, inquiries, quotes, and orders. That makes it a fit for small teams coordinating wholesale activity across channel partners, as well as larger networks that need separate partner workspaces and role-based access controls.

The transaction flow connects channel activity to stock and order operations. Partners can log inquiries and interactions, set reminders, create quotes, and convert inquiries into orders. Distributor purchase orders can trigger manufacturer sales orders, and stock updates automatically after manufacturer fulfillment. Manufacturers can route inquiries to nearby partners with the requested stock. Inventory tracking covers master and regional levels, with low-stock thresholds; reporting includes inventory, low stock, inquiries, purchase orders, and sales, with export. GST calculations cover intra-state and interstate transactions. REST APIs and custom integrations support ERP and accounting systems; named integrations include Tally Prime, Busy, and SAP.

According to the vendor's pricing page, the 30-day trial costs ₹0 and includes full feature access without a credit card. It is a time-limited trial, not a permanent free plan. Paid tiers begin with Micro at ₹999 per month, billed annually; Small is ₹1,499 and Medium is ₹1,999 per month, also billed annually. Large is labeled Enterprise, with no price stated here. The combination of annual commitment and partner-oriented workflows suits businesses focused on wholesale order and inventory coordination. Teams prioritizing field-sales or route-management capabilities should compare alternatives that explicitly cover those needs.
