DaviPlata is Banco Davivienda’s mobile financial service for users in Colombia. Available on iOS and Android, it supports transfers to DaviPlata accounts, digital wallets and bank accounts, along with receiving money, cash withdrawals, PSE deposits and everyday payments. Users can pay bills, scan QR codes, top up mobile services, shop through the DaviPlata button, use a free digital debit card for online purchases, create savings pockets and review transactions or statements. Businesses can also generate QR codes to collect customer payments.
The free model covers a broad set of domestic money-movement needs. Transfers to other institutions can be made instantly using Bre-B keys, while cash withdrawals are available through Davivienda ATMs and DaviPlata correspondents. PSE deposits can come from Davivienda or other bank accounts. The app also combines bill payments, QR-code merchant payments, mobile top-ups and virtual-store purchases in the same mobile workflow. For small businesses, QR-code collection adds a way to receive payments without separating collection from personal money management.
DaviPlata fits people and businesses that want a no-cost mobile wallet for Colombian transfers, payments, cash access and basic savings tools. Its main trade-off is scope: deployment is mobile-only, and the described workflow does not include scheduled transfers. That makes it less suitable for users who need desktop access or recurring transfer automation. Support is available through email and chat, and the product is positioned across solo users, small businesses, mid-market organizations and enterprises, although the core experience remains centered on mobile financial activity in Colombia.
