Dashpivot brings digital forms, records and approvals together for construction and other built-world workflows, including safety, quality, field reporting, and time-and-materials. Its web and mobile access is suited to teams that need to collect structured information on site, including when they are offline, then find and share the resulting records. Configurable templates support conditional logic, formulas and signatures; field staff can add photos, video and GPS metadata. This makes Dashpivot a fit for teams replacing paper-based processes across projects, rather than buyers looking only for a lightweight form builder.
Offline capture is a practical strength: entries synchronize automatically when the device reconnects. Media can carry timestamps, GPS metadata, tags and markups, while multi-step approvals support notifications and conditional routing. Registers and searchable databases organize records, and dashboards provide analytics across projects and forms. Completed forms can be exported as PDFs or shared with one click. AI Templates and Form Fill can draft templates and records, but those drafts are intended for human review. Buyers should consider that review step as part of the workflow, not treat AI output as final documentation.
The published plans distinguish capacity and governance by tier. Standard includes up to 250 template fields, unlimited forms, lists and photos, analytics and dashboards, and mobile and offline access. Pro raises the cap to 500 and adds approval signature logic, visitor access and Single Sign-On; Premium allows 750 fields and adds multi-region data residency, security audits and controls. Platinum allows 1,000 fields and up to 12 approval-signature conditions, while Enterprise Unlimited has an unlimited user model with custom commercial arrangements and enterprise governance and support. There is no free plan. Integrations include Microsoft, Xero, Power BI, SharePoint, QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Power Platform, Open API and Sitemate MCP. Choose Dashpivot for field teams that need offline capture and routed approvals; a free option or simpler form-only workflow points elsewhere.
