DANZ review
DANZ brings scheduling, attendance, payments and payroll into one dance-school platform.

DANZ is a paid SaaS platform for dance schools managing recurring classes, bookings, attendance, payments, events and teacher administration. It suits studios that need more than a basic timetable, especially those coordinating teachers, levels, styles, class capacity, student credits and family accounts. Students and parents can book classes and review account information through a browser-based school site and installable mobile web apps, while teachers, managers and front-desk staff receive role-specific interfaces.
Its strongest differentiator is the breadth of studio operations in one system. Scheduling can be organized by studio, teacher, level and style, with capacity management and automatic waitlist promotion. QR-code check-in can deduct credits automatically, while class cards, subscriptions, pauses and family sharing support recurring enrollment. DANZ also covers events, workshops, ticketing, QR entry, teacher payroll and payslip generation. Dashboards include class fill rates, at-risk students and teacher performance, giving managers operational reporting alongside booking tools.
The published plans start at €49 per month. DANZ Solo includes 26 modules, a mobile app with four roles, ticketing, online payments, a branded website and monthly cancellation. DANZ Starter is also €49 per month and adds installation, payment configuration, Excel migration for up to 200 students, live training and WhatsApp support. DANZ Concierge costs €149 per month on a quarterly plan and adds unlimited WhatsApp support for short questions, delegated tasks, seasonal schedule updates and responses within 24 business hours. Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Stripe and Mollie integrations support common calendar and payment workflows across web, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. Studios wanting dance-specific administration should consider DANZ; organizations seeking a free plan or a broader general-fitness focus should look elsewhere.

- Concierge support is tied to a quarterly €149/month plan
