The feature set suits solo trainers and larger providers managing multiple venues, tutors and delegate volumes, particularly those that need invoicing, payment tracking and profitability reporting alongside delivery operations.
Pricing starts with Essentials at £70 per month and includes a CRM system, delegate and course management, unlimited phone and email support, unlimited courses and delegates, branded templates and centralised file storage. Professional costs £200 per month and adds automation, online course booking, integrations, a tutor portal and enhanced CRM, while retaining everything in Essentials. The published pricing also includes implementation fees, and a 30-day trial is available.
