daappa Core is an investment accounting, transaction-management and administration platform for fund administrators, asset owners and in-house managers. It is designed for private equity, private debt, real assets, hybrid funds and corporate structures, including partnerships, trusts, funds of funds, SPVs and Luxembourg-regulated vehicles. Its scope brings fund and capital accounting, investor servicing, valuations, portfolio and deal management, regulatory reporting and NAV workflows into one platform.

The accounting and reporting depth is the main differentiator. An integrated general ledger supports GAAP, IFRS and multi-currency accounting, while the platform covers NAV and GAV calculation workflows, capital calls, distributions and investor allocations. Regulatory reporting includes IFRS9, FATCA, CRS, BCL and INREV. Valuation work can use algorithmic, manual and what-if modelling, giving teams several approaches for private-asset reporting. Investor servicing, CRM and LP reporting extend the platform beyond core ledger functions.

Its ecosystem fit is practical for organizations that need to connect existing finance and data processes. daappa Core supports external general ledger systems, Excel, APIs and external quoted-investment price feeds, and is available through web or self-hosted deployment. The private-market focus is a strength for complex fund, partnership and SPV structures, but it is less suited to organizations seeking broad coverage across public and private assets. Prospective buyers should also expect a contact-sales purchasing process. Choose daappa Core when private-asset accounting, investor reporting and entity complexity are central requirements; consider a broader platform when asset coverage beyond private markets is the priority.
