CURA combines nutrition tracking, meal planning, workout tracking, and coaching administration in a web platform for individuals, coaches, personal trainers, and gyms. The Free plan covers the core Fuel + Plate modules, including USDA food search, barcode scanning, manual food entry, and custom foods. That makes CURA a practical starting point for people who want to track meals and macros without moving immediately into paid coaching features.

Its freemium structure expands by plan. Pro adds unlimited food log entries, AI meal analysis and chat logging, and macro trend analytics. Athlete includes Pro features plus the Pulse workout tracking module, WOD programming, and performance trends. Coach adds the Core client management module and per-client macro targets, while Gym adds multiple coaches per account and the full Core dashboard. Across the platform, users can also create recipes, schedule weekly meals, generate shopping lists, and review client progress. The clearest value is the way nutrition tracking and training features are grouped into progressively broader modules.

CURA fits solo users and coaching businesses that want nutrition, workouts, and client administration in one browser-based system. Coaches can move from individual food logs to macro targets and progress review, while gyms gain multi-coach account support. The tradeoff is platform scope: CURA is web-only, and its listed product capabilities do not include integrations or a client app. Users who need mobile-native access, connected services, or a broader integration ecosystem should consider an alternative. CURA is most suitable for free-first nutrition tracking and teams that can work within its web-based, tiered module structure.

  • Where it doesn't
    • Web-only access limits app and integration flexibility
    • Advanced nutrition analytics require the Pro plan
