CubiCasa review
A broad property-scanning toolkit for labeled plans, tours, reports, and professional exports.

CubiCasa is a web and mobile platform that turns smartphone indoor scans into property media, including labeled 2D floor plans, furnished 3D plans, interactive photo-integrated tours, home and GLA reports, and snapshots. It is designed for real estate professionals, photographers, appraisers, inspectors, and related businesses. Web-based QuickEdit supports changes to labels, dimensions, and furniture, while the service also provides downloadable formats and enterprise conversion and exporter APIs.
The published plans show a freemium structure with four named options. Lite includes a 2D floor plan, room dimensions, and PNG or JPG output. Standard adds total area calculations, custom styling and branding, and SVG output. Plus adds fixtures, CubiCasa Tour, a home report, and snapshots. Plus 3D adds furniture, colors, and textures to the Plus feature set. The vendor describes billing as pay-as-you-go per order with no subscription fees, and says location affects pricing. The Lite offering also has regional and property-size conditions.
CubiCasa stands out for breadth: smartphone scanning, 2D and 3D visualization, property reports, tours, web editing, multiple mobile platforms, and API coverage sit within one product. Professional export options extend from common image formats to CAD files in DWG, DAE, OBJ, and FBX. That range suits teams that need more than a basic plan image, particularly where branding, reports, tours, or downstream design workflows matter. It is less suited to buyers seeking a simple fixed subscription, since the commercial model is order-based and the available capabilities are divided across Lite, Standard, Plus, and Plus 3D.
